A CMake-based build system, consisting of a collection of
CMake macros and functions that ease the managing of software
build systems.

Currently needed for building ecCodes

  (ECMWF's GRIB and BUFR decoding/encoding library
   ECMWF = European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts )
