Still something dodgy going on with 1.7.0-55:
$ man ls
Error executing formatting or display command.
System command (cd "/usr/share/man" && (echo ".pl 1100i";
/usr/bin/gunzip -c '/usr/share/man/man1/ls.1.gz'; echo ".\\\""; echo
".pl \n(nlu+10") | /usr/bin/tbl | /usr/bin/nroff -c -mandoc
2>/dev/null | /usr/bin/less -isrR) exited with status 127.
No manual entry for ls
Invoking that command directly works fine. This shows the ls manual page:
$ cd "/usr/share/man" && (echo ".pl 1100i"; /usr/bin/gunzip -c
'/usr/share/man/man1/ls.1.gz'; echo ".\\\""; echo ".pl \n(nlu+10") |
/usr/bin/tbl | /usr/bin/nroff -c -mandoc 2>/dev/null | /usr/bin/less
-isrR
$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-6.1-WOW64 Tobermory 1.7.0(0.212/5/3) 2009-07-31 23:45 i686 Cygwin
